About PRMG Entertainment:
PRMG Entertainment is a leading entertainment and event production company dedicated to creating memorable experiences. We are looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Outreach Coordinator to help build partnerships, secure sponsorships, and establish affiliate collaborations that support our events and brand initiatives.
This is a contractor role with the potential for a permanent position based on performance. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, persuasive communicator with a strong ability to develop and maintain business relationships in the entertainment and event industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership & Sponsorship Development – Identify and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships that align with PRMG Entertainment’s brand and events.
Affiliate Program Management – Develop and oversee affiliate relationships to increase brand exposure and event funding.
Business Outreach & Negotiations – Conduct outreach to potential sponsors, partners, and affiliates, presenting value propositions and negotiating agreements.
Relationship Management – Maintain and nurture relationships with current sponsors, partners, and affiliates to ensure long-term collaborations.
Proposal & Contract Development – Create compelling sponsorship proposals and partnership agreements.
Market Research & Networking – Stay up to date with industry trends and actively network to expand business opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in outreach, sponsorship acquisition, or partnership development.
Proven track record of securing sponsorships and partnerships (portfolio or case studies preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in the entertainment, events, or media industry is a plus.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings (Chicago-based preferred).
